Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds: We want you to love your fountain pen! If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a refund or replacement (photo proof required). Custom-engraved or clearance items are non-refundable.
2. Refund Options Full Refund: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Partial Refund: If the item is returned in opened or used condition (a 15% restocking fee applies). Store Credit/Exchange: Available for customer preference returns (pen not to your liking, etc.).
3. Return Process Email us at bdjs_business@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. 4. Additional Notes Ink cartridges, bottled ink, and used nibs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
